Gap and A.P.C. have officially revealed the collaborative collection, a limited-edition 37-piece capsule bridging Parisian sophistication with classic American sportswear. Spanning men’s and women’s apparel as well as accessories, the collaborative range draws inspiration from 1960s cinema, music, and art to blend casual utility with structured design.
Anchored in denim heritage, the assortment features select men’s styles—including the Denim Jacket and Relaxed Straight Jeans—crafted from premium Japanese denim priced under $200 USD. For women, classic fits such as the High Rise Stride and Low Rise ’90s Loose are cut in Gap’s rigid 100% cotton denim, paired alongside a sculptural Shaped Denim Jacket and an Icon Denim Jacket lined with bespoke, archive-inspired graphics.
Beyond denim, the lineup expands into tailored outerwear, Oxford shirting, knitwear, and mod-influenced matching sets utilizing cashmere, wool, and corduroy fabrications. Reimagined sailor stripes and utility detailing run throughout the collection, alongside an Extra Heavyweight Hoodie and accessories featuring a reworked Gap arch logo transformed with A.P.C.’s signature typography. To support the release, a short campaign film titled The Long Way, directed by Karl Cannone and starring rapper ian and DJ Paloma Le Friant, was captured on location in Montmartre, Paris.
The Gap x A.P.C. collection launches at 9 a.m. ET on Friday, September 18, 2026, via Gap, A.P.C.’s Mercer Street store, and select Gap retail locations across the U.S. and Canada, alongside global distribution across Japan, Europe, the UK, and additional international markets. Gap Encore members and cardmembers will receive early access starting September 17.
