Hot Toys Unveils Venom Figure Celebrating Marvel Comics' 80th Anniversary

Hot Toys has teamed up with the Japanese graphic designer and illustrator Hiroto Ohkubo of INSTINCTOY for the release of a Venom figure, celebrating Marvel Comics‘ 80th anniversary.
Venom has been reimagined in vinyl at the hands of INSTINCTOY and Hot Toys, which have produced a 34cm tall alien Symbiote figure which features five points of articulation. The model features a maneuverable head which has been sculpted to incorporate white eyes and sharp yellow teeth alongside a detailed skin texture and interchangeable facial expressions. Its wrists and ankles are also articulated.
The figure’s face can be switched between two iconic looks — a menacing teeth-baring grin or a long protruding tongue. The entire collectible has been painted by the artist Lok Ho, who has detailed veins, tendons and skin throughout the villain’s muscular black body. Reflective blue tones and white chest webbing complete the design.
