Following behind a durable GORE-TEX edition of its Chuck 70 Hi, Converse has now wrapped the silhouette with a dark denim shell. Alongside it, the brand also offers up the Chuck 70 OX with its own jean-like rendition, giving the low-top style a medium wash colorway for variety.
Both sneakers are fitted with white rubber outsoles and white laces for a clean and classic look. They’re then patched with a black rubberized Converse All Star appliqué on the back heel. Meanwhile, the high-top version is given an extra hit of branding by way of the trademark circular Chuck Taylor badge, which is printed on the side panel in white. Metal tone lace eyelets round it all off.
The Converse Chuck 70 Hi is priced at €90 EUR (approximately $100 USD), while the Chuck 70 OX is priced at €85 (approx. $95 USD). Both styles are slated to drop today, August 9, at 6 p.m. EST from sivasdescalzo’s webstore.
