Alltimers & adidas Skateboarding Rework ZX 4000 & Gazelle Super
Alongside lightweight jackets, T-shirts, shorts and more.

adidas Skateboarding has enlisted New York stalwart Alltimers for a seven-piece footwear, apparel and accessory “Discovery” capsule collection. Alltimers has taken the adidas Originals ZX 4000 and Gazelle Super, giving them clean vintage-influenced makeovers, and has developed a range of garments that are inspired by “people that were finding sh*t for the last 100 years.”
The standout piece from the upcoming collection is the ZX 4000. Alltimers has revamped the OG sneaker, giving it a “Clear Brown/Core Black/Collegiate Royal” suede, nylon and mesh upper alongside reflective elements on the toe box. The sneaker also featured reworked branding, adding the Alltimers name to the green lace lock and Trefoil logo-adorned tongue tab.
Continuing the ’80s theme is a pair of adidas Originals Gazelle Supers in smooth “Cloud White” leather. Following on from last year’s hairy suede iteration, Alltimers’ 2019 Gazelle Super takes the original shoe and updates it with minimalist design touches for a cleaner look that’s ready to be skated and thrashed. Perforated holes mark the Three Stripes branding, heel and tongue branding has been embossed into the leather and a Geoflex outsole has been equipped for unparalleled levels of board feel and control.
Rounding out the collection is a selection of graphic T-shirts, a pair of shorts, a bumbag and a retro-inspired lightweight jacket. The jacket is made from breathable, contrasting panels that have UPF 50 protection, as well as chest, hood, and side pockets, a ripstop finish and a storm flap.
