Nike Blends Mountaineering & Urban Designs in Its New Zoom Moc "Bright Ceramic"
Complete with a sole adapted from Riccardo Tisci’s Air Zoom Legend.
Nike continues to unveil new silhouettes, this time in the form of the latest Nike Zoom Moc “Bright Ceramic,” merging mountaineering and urban design inspirations. Reeling through its archives, Nike has adapted the sole on Riccardo Tisci’s Air Zoom Legend, tweaking it slightly to fit the mold of the new sneaker.
The sneaker comes in mesh, suede and nylon panels, paletted in beige earth tones, light green and rose. Light khaki appears along the borders of the tongue, framing breathable mesh fabric that’s also placed at the sidewalls and upper heel. Details like the ripstop pull tab and suede overlays are a nod to the trek inspirations, while other design elements like the lacing system and 3M accents give the sneakers an overall urban appeal. As a finishing touch, the aforementioned midsole has been integrated into this footwear piece, complete with a slightly raised heel and a thinly textured gum bottom.
Though no official dates have been confirmed, the Nike Zoom Moc “Bright Ceramic” is expected to hit 43einhalb.com soon for $156 USD.
Elsewhere, Nike has given the Air Max Plus a trio of removable Swooshes.
