RobTWO Enlists Cypress Moreno for New Visual & Single, "Morals"
“Nipsey Hussle was a great influence for this record.”
A few months after releasing his criminally-slept-on Law of Attraction EP, multi-talented California up-and-comer RobTWO is unveiling his latest visual. Specifically, RobTWO is teaming up with director SwaggyR and Blasky Productions — as well as Outkast Marcos — to deliver the official music video for his Cypress Moreno-produced single “Morals.”
“‘Morals’ came about pretty fast; me and cypress linked up and cooked up a bunch of beats and I took them home,” RobTWO tells us, breaking down the origins of “Morals.” “I’m in the studio constantly day and night perfecting my craft and figuring out ways to put my life in these songs. I hopped on this record and instantly felt a story needed to be told and how I’m about to execute my plan. Nipsey Hussle was a great influence for this record. All money in! It’s a marathon, I gotta run my race. It’s all about grind, recognizing who for you and not, love and treating people right, waking the world up!”
“I feel like I’m slept on, I’m producing my records and recording myself and directing my videos,” the rising West Coast artist adds. “I have to let the work speak this year.”
