Back with its Fall/Winter 2019 collection, Doublet looked to expand on its trademark unique qualities with the theme of “Surprise!”

Capturing the essence of being amazed and the process of imagining the reaction, the forthcoming range touches on elements of horror and silhouette manipulation. Once again doublet played with conventional wearing, extending garments vertically and adding structured shoulder pads to create the illusion of a headless person. Imagery of frightening clowns, ghosts and skeletons offer another visual element to the unique collection. Some of the graphics are printed on the inside of T-shirts to be flipped inside out and over wearer’s heads to create a disguise effect.

Check out the lookbook above and look for Doublet’s FW19 “Surprise!” collection to hit retailer starting July 13.
