adidas keeps the city-themed drops coming with a pair of UltraBOOST sneakers inspired by two of the world’s most iconic cities. The Paris- and New York-inspired colorways feature a bevy of special detailing and accents inspired by the two famous metropolises.

The New York iteration is a muted shoe that keeps in line with Manhattan’s moody skyscrapers and urbane landscape. Monochrome black, grey and white details inform nearly the entire shoe, with American flag-themed graphics on the Three Stripes branding: white stripes atop red panels on the medial side and blue and white stars on the lateral side. An “NYC”-branded tongue tag drives the inspiration home.

Meanwhile, Paris’ shoe is comparatively bright, an appropriate colorway for the City of Lights. The red, white and blue of France’s flag appear on the lateral side, with an all-white medial side. Like the New York variation, the Paris model sports adidas’ “The Brand With The 3 Stripes” slogan emblazoned across the toe, with a “PAR” tag at the tongue to complete the design.

The New York and Paris UltraBOOST CTY Running sneakers are both available on atmos’ web store for ¥20,000 JPY apiece (approximately $185 USD).

Recently, the UltraBOOST 19 surfaced in a muted “Triple Black” iteration.
