Noon Goons has released its Spring/Summer 2020 lookbook, following up to its Fall/Winter 2019 edition with another round of streetwear staples inspired by punk, skate and surf cultures. Captured in a Parisian studio, the collection encompasses outerwear, hoodies, pants and T-shirts styled with clashing prints and a retro sensibility.
Standouts include the bleached denim jacket and pants which feature an all-over heart print, as well as the colorblocked faux leather jacket marked by contrasting pink and blue panels. Colorblocking remains prevalent as a design element throughout, setting the tone on the likes of track pants, corduroy bottoms and knitwear pieces. The brand also beefs up its faux leather offering even further by introducing options such as a studded jacket and a zip-up hoodie. Graphics within the range lean on the European Afro-Punk influence, marking items with political phrases alongside the Noon Goons logo.
For newness in fabrication, the label has created a heavy-weight corrugated jersey that features a neon-dyed technique. Meanwhile, a lightweight “summer fleece” material sets the foundation for classic styles like sweaters, polos and sweatshirts.
