While some Coachella-goers may have faced disappointment over Solange’s cancelled set last month, the When I Get Home singer will offer up a performance to fans in New York for a special Wales Bonner event tomorrow. The British designer posted the news on Instagram this morning, revealing that she would be bringing her “Devotional Sound” concert series to St. Peter’s Church in Manhattan.
Curated in collaboration with the London-based record label Young Turks, the “intimate evening” will also feature tunes from multi-instrumentalist Laraaji and experimental jazz and hip-hop crew Standing on the Corner. Other “special guests” have not yet been revealed.
Doors for the show open at 7 p.m. on May 2, with the start time slated for 7:30 p.m. Tickets are priced at $33 USD and go on sale today at 12 p.m. EST on DICE’s website.
