Kim Kardashian Has Already Filed a Trademark for New Baby, Psalm West
Preparing the two-week old early.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are wasting no time when it comes to securing the future of their newest addition to the family, Psalm West. As reported today by WWD, Kardashian has already filed to trademark her baby boy’s name at the tender age of just two weeks old.
Kardashian submitted the filing with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office on May 18 under her namesake company, Kimsaprincess. The request would cover a number of products across the fashion and beauty sectors, including baby goods, children’s clothing, jewelry, watches and skin care, among others. Kardashian took similar measures earlier this year for Psalm’s older siblings, requesting to trademark North, Saint and Chicago West on February 12.
Psalm was born on May 10 via a surrogate mother, after West and Kardashian had revealed their plans for a fourth child last August. The parents shared their first photo of the newborn on social media last week.
