New Balance Reworks Classic Silhouettes for "Made in UK" Collection
Shot in Soho & New Balance’s Flimby factory.

New Balance debuts its “Made in UK” collection for Spring/Summer 2019 with a lookbook captured in both Soho, London and Flimby, the Northern coastal town in which New Balance produces its British-made pairs.
Celebrating the New Balance 1500 and the all-new 1530, the lookbook sees “Made in UK” 1500’s alongside all-new 1500.9’s. Standout colorways include the classic tan leather on the 1500, a 1500.9 featuring hits of fuchsia, teal and black on a “Cream/White” upper and a blush pink suede 770.9 featuring grey accents and white mesh.
The “Made in UK” highlights not only the shoes, but also brings forward the importance of New Balance’s factory, showcasing why the “Made in UK” legacy resonates with New Balance collectors today. Take a look at the lookbook imagery above for a closer look at New Balance’s SS19 collection.
