Jordan Brand Goes Ultra-High for Air Jordan 3 RTR EXP Lite

The Air Jordan 3 is no newcomer to the realm of unique sneakers – Jordan Brand has excelled at making the sneaker culturally relevant over the past few decades through a variety of re-released colorways and fresh new takes. This time, the sports brand is taking it a step further with a brand new women’s silhouette, the Air Jordan 3 RTR EXP Lite.

Taking the OG model and spinning it into an outlandishly unique silhouette, the new model boasts an ultra-high ripstop ankle collar that connects with the nylon upper that’s paired with leather overlays. The newly installed collar is reminiscent of the Air Jordan 3 Explorer XX that was released earlier this year, but this iteration offers a more lightweight alternative for the Spring/Summer months ahead. The new collar also showcases an intriguing lacing system that wraps around the calf area, finishing it off with a button clasp and zipper closure for easy in-and-out access. The rubber pull tab on the heel and the outsole remain true to the original silhouette.
