A blend of outdoor chic and retro running style, Le Coq Sportif‘s Japanese branch first revived the LCS TR via back in January. That release sold out quickly, confirming that the French footwear magnate ought to bring the LCS TR back in earnest — which is exactly what Le Coq Sportif has done.

Two spring-ready colorways are set to hit Japanese stockists shortly, offering sneakerheads old school looks upgraded with contemporary comfort. An EVA-lined outsole and Orthorite insole ensure all-day comfort, while the meaty upper offers both breathability and sturdiness. Offered in beige/blue or monochrome black/white, the LCS TR’s tall tongue allows the wearer to comfortably take to the trail or the streets, while a partial sockliner allows for an adjustable fit.

The two LCS TR models hit Le Coq Sportif’s Japanese web store and stockists like atmos on March 9 for ¥12,000 JPY (approximately $110 USD). Check out the promo video below, featuring the smooth sounds of Japanese upstarts NEIGHBORS COMPLAIN.
