Fresh off of Balenciaga‘s Fall/Winter 2019 runway show at Paris Fashion Week, the label is delivering newness for the current season with a round of Spring 2019 releases. Namely, its Twin-Set Jacket proves to be a versatile outerwear option, constructed with multiple layers that offer three unique pieces in one style.

The garment is offered in two color choices, all black (with a checked lining) and a navy and red combination, and is crafted with a cotton twill shell, mock neck collar and exaggerated shoulders for a structured silhouette. A zip closure at the front reveals the style’s second layer — a cotton fleece hoodie with the words “Spring Collection” and “75007 Paris” embroidered across the chest. Meanwhile, the detachable long sleeves further uncover the third look of a simple vest, helping the jacket showcase optimum functionality. Rib knit at the cuffs and hem and antiqued brass-tone hardware provide subtle yet elevated details.

Balenciaga’s Twin-Set Jacket retails for $2750 USD. Both the black and navy editions are available for purchase now at SSENSE.
