Update: A day later, Kehlani releases the music video for “Nunya,” which is shot in the snowy mountains. Watch it above.

Original Story: While We Wait for the release of her latest mixtape, R&B singer Kehlani gives us yet another glimpse of what to expect with “Nunya,” enlisting the help of From the Westside with Love rapper Dom Kennedy.

Marking the third single from the mixtape, “Nunya” follows “Nights Like This” with Ty Dolla $ign and “Butterfly.” The Hit-boy produced track takes a distinct turn from the previous singles, catching a more upbeat vibe that captures what the song is really about—Kehlani telling her exes that she has happily moved on, and what she’s currently up to is “nunya biz.” LA native Dom Kennedy provides a seamless transition into his verse, landing easily on the beat and maintaining the song’s smooth cruising.

While We Wait is set to drop on February 22.

During her interview with Zane Lowe, Kehlani revealed that her upcoming studio album will be a gift to her daughter.
