Take a Closer Look at the Edison Chen x Air Jordan 1 Mid "Fearless"
The CLOT co-founder also reveals what is hidden underneath.
Continuing the release of Silk Royale marked sneakers, CLOT co-founder Edison Chen has teamed up with Jordan Brand on an Air Jordan 1 Mid for the “Fearless Ones” collection.
Centered around the message of internalism and externalism found in CLOT’s recent Nike sneaker releases, the shoes are inspired by the Chinese concept of Yin and Yang with the peel-off uppers. The upper of the shoe is done in a silver woven nylon that expresses the Silk Royale pattern that can be removed to reveal a black and gold premium leather construction. Detailing comes in the form of a fadeaway stitched Swoosh and Chinese coin bearing “乔1” (Jordan 1 in Chinese) attached to the black flat laces. Rounding up the design of the shoe is Jumpman tongue tags, white midsoles and contrasting red rubber outsoles.
Priced at $130 USD, the Edison Chen x Air Jordan 1 Mid “Fearless” is set to release worldwide December 6, 12 p.m. GMT at juicestore.com, juicestore.tw, an in-store raffle at JUICE Shanghai and December 7 on Nike SNKRS.
