Bun B Stars in A Ma Maniére x Nike Air Force 1 "Hand Wash Cold" Editorial
While Atlanta artist Markeidric Walker shows off the high-top edition.

When Bun B released Return of the Trill last August, the Southern-bred rapper was making a welcome return to the music industry after a five year absence. A year later, the UGK co-founder is back, joining D.C. and Georgia-based boutique A Ma Maniére to highlight its new Nike Air Force 1 “Hand Wash Cold.” Bun B spotlights the low-top edition of the collaborative kicks throughout the editorial, while Atlanta-based artist Markeidric Walker showcases its high-top counterpart.
Bun-B’s preferred low-top iteration sport boast dusky black tumbled leather and nubuck along the uppers, interrupted by a contrasting grey suede Swoosh on the side panels. Iridescent 3M trim adds a subtle shot of flair, while an individually-numbered hang tag gives each style a personalized touch, simultaneously referencing the extremely limited quantities. The strapped-up high-top version, worn by Walker, rearranges many of the details seen on its shorter counterpart, utilizing suede for most of the paneling and swapping out the grey Swoosh for sleek black leather. Metal lace tips and locks reinforce the lavish aesthetic.
The A Ma Maniere x Nike Air Force 1 “Hand Wash Cold” collection releases on December 7 and will be available on A Ma Maniére’s web store and at its physical boutiques.
Elsewhere, the label recently debuted its “Handle With Care” short film, exploring the duality between a young man and his older self.
