Swedish skateboarder Oskar Rozenberg and Nike SB have officially announced a full “Oski” capsule collection that consists of an SB Dunk High, corduroy SB Blazer and multiple pieces of apparel. With a recurring shark motif, the collection looks to the ocean’s apex predators as a representation of mastering any skill -— just like Rozenberg has reached the peak of park-style skateboarding.

Footwear is front and center here. The SB Dunk High takes on a bold white and black shark graphic in place of its standard midfoot Swoosh, bent at an angle that nods to the original mark’s famous curvature. The shark also boasts bloody red teeth, a visceral accent that’s furthered by the red lace tips and red “Oski” hit on the tongue. These bold embellishments sit on top of a stark black suede base contrasted by a sail midsole.

Meanwhile the Blazer is much more land than sea, taking on a hearty harvest wheat tone and a textured corduroy construction. Smooth burnt orange suede Swooshes and construction boot-like eyestays add contrast, while a supple tan suede is used on both the throat and heel piece. “Oksi” tongue branding and a leather sockliner complete the look. A comprehensive selection of apparel consisting of a lightweight jacket, two zip-up hoodies, a long-sleeve thermal shirt, tee and beanie provide a skate-ready complement to the footwear.

“I’ve always been intimidated of sharks,” said Rozenberg when discussing the inspiration behind the collection “They look so brutal and they move so skillfully through the water. They are the kings of their environment in my eyes. One of my favorite animals and just really iconic looking. I feel like if you can do anything as effortless as a [shark] can swim, you’re doing it right.”

The Oski x Nike SB Blazer and apparel collection will launch on December 14, with the Dunk following a week later on December 21. As the goods are all Orange Label releases, each item will be available exclusively at select skate shops.
