Chinatown Market Adds Iconic Batman Imagery to Converse Chuck 70 Hi
Featuring 3D graphics and glow-in-the-dark sections.
Chinatown Market has followed up its Converse collaboration constructed from UV-sensitive canvas with a new Batman-inspired pack. Featuring two versions of the Chuck 70 Hi, the capsule sees everything from the iconic Bat-Signal to the Gotham skyline and comic book frames added to the sneakers.
The first sneaker in the pack comes in a “Mouse” and “White” base, which is overlaid with retro-inspired Batman graphics in purple. Additionally, this design is finished with blue and pink detailing on the heels and lining, a reference to the 3D glasses that come with each pair to bring the imagery into focus.
For the second colorway, Chinatown Market has dressed the sneaker in a black upper with “Blazing Yellow” detailing. Imagery on this sneaker includes the Bat-Signal and the skyline of Gotham, both of which become illuminated through the sneaker’s glow-in-the-dark properties.
Take a look at the two Chinatown Market x Batman x Converse Chuck 70 Hi sneakers in the gallery above, and expect them to release via stockists including Sneakersnstuff on December 11.
