Kawhi Leonard‘s signature New Balance OMN1S silhouette finally received a global release late last month. To keep up with the momentum, NB is gearing up to drop a new colorway of the aforementioned model, this time inspired by the basketball superstar’s love of fishing.

Dubbed “Baited,” the sneaker’s woven upper and translucent outsole is dressed in a blend of black and white, while hits of blue and red — nods to fishing lures — are strewn throughout. The pair is then finished off with yellow outsoles. In terms of specs, the OMN1S boasts a full-length FuelCell midsole, allowing for explosive movement needed in the game, along with a 3D Ultra Heel construction and FitWeave upper. The OMN1S basketball shoe made its on-court debut earlier this year at the 2019 NBA All-Star Game in Charlotte, N.C

Interested readers will be able to pick up the New Balance OMN1S “Baited” starting today from select retailers and newbalance.com for $140 USD. “Baited” is just one of seven colors set to release over the rest of 2019. “Reign” and “Heat Wave” iterations have already dropped.

For more sneakers, Travis Scott, Tyler, The Creator and Virgil Abloh lead the charge in this week’s best footwear drops.
