MAD Paris Delivers $82K USD Pink Sapphire-Encrusted Rolex Daytona

Following the release of its custom stealth-black sapphire-encrusted Rolex Daytona, MAD Paris has dropped a new take on the prized timepiece, this time decked out in pink sapphires.

Expertly constructed in Switzerland, this black MAD Paris Rolex Daytona pink sapphire watch features a pink sapphire-set bezel, buckle and back case, automatic movement, 5 ATM sealing and matte dial. The watch measures 45 mm and features a co-branded dial design, while the bright pink crystals light up the face. Additionally the coating gives the Daytona a matte-black finish, which offsets MAD Paris’ use of the shiny sapphires.

The watch face is finished off with a pink Rolex crown and seconds hand, while the hour dials are done up in black. Three additional dials for time measurements have been placed at the three, six and nine o’clock positions and are embellished with silver decal. On the back, the timepiece’s exposed 4130 movement — a self-winding mechanical certified Swiss chronograph developed by Rolex — is showcased.
