Adding to the suede, leather, burlap and velvet takes, the upcoming release is inspired by Tyler’s interest in vintage and varsity sportswear. The upper of the shoe is done in a pink canvas accented by namesake and flower chenille patches expressing tones of pale yellow and baby blue. Additional detailing comes in the form of blue-toned Chuck star ankle branding and GOLF le FLEUR* tongue logos. Rounding up the design of the shoe is an off white sole unit paired with an all-over floral print outsole.
Additionally, Tyler, the Creator and Converse revealed campaign images for the GLF Gianno Ox which emphasizes the hiking elements and size of the new model. Aside from the outdoor influence, the shoe also features retro running and basketball drawn from Converse’s archive of footwear.
