Aimé Leon Dore Features Michael Jordan Knit in Third FW19 Drop
Along with a sweater paying homage to John F. Kennedy.
Following its second Fall/Winter 2019 drop of cozy knits and outerwear in collaboration with Woolrich, Aimé Leon Dore returns with a third and final installment for the season. As seen in the brand’s seasonal lookbook, the selection of graphic-heavy knitwear can be paired with other FW19 outerwear pieces for cozy, fall-themed looks.
Sticking with the collection’s autumnal shades, the knits are found in forest green, dark blue and muted gray. The third drop pays homage to two important American figures. A two-toned knit depicts Michael Jordan holding a basketball in front of a hoop, a fierce and determined expression found on his face. A gray “Johnny Knit Sweater,” with contrasting green sleeves, showcases a serious profile of the 35th president of the United States. To round out the collection, sweaters featuring images of Peregrine falcons in-flight are available in two distinct colorways.
