Pilot a Wakandan Iron Man Suit in Marvel's Latest VR Experience
Fight alongside Dr. Strange, Wasp and Ant-Man.
The Void is now giving Marvel fans a chance to pilot an Iron Man suit and fight alongside other Avengers in its latest virtual reality experience, Avengers: Damage Control.
Developed with ILMxLAB, Marvel Studios has released a new VR experience led by none other than Black Panther‘s sister herself, Shuri. The Wakandan engineering genius has designed “a powerful new suit that combines Wakandan and Stark Industries technologies” which look exactly like a blend between Black Panther and Iron Man, the sleek black vibranium armor dressed with glowing traditional Wakandan symbols. Players will pilot these virtual suits to fight against a “familiar enemy from the Avengers’ past” trying to steal Shuri’s technology, and of course, you won’t be fighting alone – several Avengers such as Dr. Strange, Wasp, and Ant-Man will aid you in your conquest, though whether those characters will be played by Benedict Cumberbatch, Evangeline Lily, and Paul Rudd is currently unknown.
ILMxLAB and Marvel’s new VR experience will be available at The Void in numerous locations across the US and Canada. Head over to its website to learn more, and find out if there’s one available near you. Tickets are currently already on sale.
