IMAX Launches Tickets to Kanye West's 'Jesus Is King' Film
The Nick Knight-directed movie is set to launch on October 24.

With Kanye West recently revealing that his Jesus Is King album is now set to arrive on October 25, IMAX has launched tickets to the accompanying film. The movie is currently exclusive to the US, but will be showing at IMAX screens across the country beginning on October 24.
As well as announcing the tickets launch, IMAX also released a brief synopsis of the Nick Knight-directed film. The announcement reveals that Jesus Is King was filmed in summer 2019 and brings West’s Sunday Service to James Turrell‘s Roden Crater installation in Arizona’s Painted Desert. It goes on to describe the film as a “one-of-a-kind experience” that “features songs arranged by West in the gospel tradition along with new music from his forthcoming album Jesus Is King — all presented in the immersive sound and stunning clarity of The IMAX Experience.”
