Amaarae Shares Fever Dream-Like Visual for "Like It"

Following the release of her latest single “Like It” late last month, alté R&B aficionado Amaarae has returned with an eclectic new visual for the cut. Sonically, the track sees the Ghanaian singer-songwriter continuing with her genre-defying prowess, taking note of trip-hop, afrobeats, and dancehall rhythms to enforce the artistic entrée. The single is set to arrive alongside her forthcoming sophomore EP, aptly laying the foundation for her immaculately smooth cadence.

Within the newly released visual, Amaarae enters a seemingly forbidden and unknown territory, filled with visuals that elucidate a fever dream. Strip club-like atmospheres, a spellbinding garden, and a variety of off-kilter characters are all included in the psychedelic video.
