clothsurgeon Redefines Military-Inspired Streetwear With FW19 Collection
Aptly titled, “ALL IS UNFAIR IN LOVE AND WAR.”
Designer Rav Matharu of clothsurgeon has just released the lookbook for his latest collection titled “ALL IS FAIR IN LOVE AND WAR.” The Fall/Winter 2019 line continues Matharu’s passion for creating bespoke garments, utilizing the finest fabrics and the closest attention to detail to execute grail-worthy pieces.
For this upcoming season, the London-based house focused on elevating the tried-and-true fashion trend of military-inspired wares. Matharu brings a luxury spin to his ensemble with luxury materials, choosing cashmere, fine leathers and even suiting fabrics. There are field jackets, multi-pocket vests, leather bombers and printed shirts in the collective. Some standouts also include the leopard print trousers a checked blazer with utility pockets and a mixed-material trench sport both wool and leather.
There’s no set date for launch yet but stay tuned with us as we get more information on the drop. In the meantime, check out some of the best collections that came out of Paris Fashion Week.
