Y-3 Reveals Blacked Out RUNNER 4D for FW18
Featuring adidas’ FUTURECRAFT 4D midsole.
Following on from the launch of its Fall/Winter 2018 lookbook, Y-3 is back with its latest take on the RUNNER 4D sneaker for the season. The main difference between the new sneaker and the original — first revealed back in February — is the colorway, with a new all-black design featuring across the primeknit upper.
Other features of the sneaker include ultra-resistant eye stays, Yohji Yamamoto embroidery on the heel and cording designed to replicate signature adidas’ Three Stripe branding. This upper sits atop the signature light green FUTURECRAFT 4D midsole for long-lasting cushioning and stability. The Fall/Winter 2018 Y-3 RUNNER 4D is set to release worldwide at select stockists, Y-3 flagship stores and the Y-3 web store on September 7. Before the launch, visitors to Y-3’s London store can enter a raffle for the new sneaker. The silhouette is priced at $600 USD.
