Hear a New Skrillex Track in the Latest Alexander Wang Campaign Video
Skrillex parties hard with Kylie Jenner & Tyga.
After revealing that his Fall 2016 campaign would feature artists like Vince Staples, Big Sean, A$AP Ferg, Zoe Kravitz, Tinashe, RL Grime, Metro Boomin and more, Alexander Wang has unveiled the first promo video for his upcoming season. The 30-second #WangSquad clip features Skrilllex, Tyga and Kylie Jenner at a stylish party, turning up, drinking and getting a little bit intimate.
“I wanted to create this hybrid idea of a music video with my favorite movies growing up, referencing Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, Can’t Hardly Wait,” Wang explained to Yahoo! Style. “A lot of the cast are people that I’ve always really respected, collaborators, or models I’ve used for quite a long time, where I’ve seen them grow into their own.”
The video is soundtracked by a brand new Skrillex song that samples elements from “No Chill,” the Vic Mensa track he co-produced with Jahlil Beats last year. Check out the clip below.
