Kodak Black Debuts First Post-Prison Music Video, "If I'm Lyin, I'm Flyin"
The Florida rapper definitely enjoyed his first days back.
Towards the end of last month, Kodak Black was spotted filming a new music video after his release from jail. Now, the visual he was putting together and its accompanying single have been unleashed.
Titled “If I’m Lyin, I’m Flyin,” Kodak Black’s latest effort pairs his unique, charismatic flows with syrupy, bass-heavy melodies. For the song’s video, the rapper takes time out to enjoy his first days of regained freedom by getting special work done on his teeth, flexing with stacks of cash, enjoying some spa-like treatment and more.
“I can’t let these n***as knock me off my pivot / God sat me down and talked to me, I listened,” Kodak raps. “I don’t make it in the booth, then I’ma make it in the kitchen / I’m special with the mic, special with the whippin.”
Kodak Black has also taken to Instagram to tease more new music, so expect additional releases in the near future.
