Huiben Shop Teases Archival UNDERCOVER Sale
Rare items include an “Anatomicouture” riders jacket and destroyed “Arts & Crafts” denim.
Archival site Huiben Shop readies a selection of rare UNDERCOVER garments for an expansive archival sale. Encompassing over 80 items released from 1990 – 2015, the sale touches on key collections like Spring/Summer 2003 “Scab” and Fall/Winter 2009 “Earmuff Maniac,” with a wide selection of impossible-to-find pieces available for purchase.
Core UNDERCOVER clothing appears, like skeleton-printed leather jackets and “ethnic riders,” which blend double rider styling with knit sleeves. Head-turning classics like Spring/Summer 2009’s printed GORE-TEX parka is complemented by a host of destroyed denim and plentiful graphic tees. The latter of which includes several hard-to-find original prints from the ’90s that reference designer Jun Takahshi‘s musical idols, like the Sex Pistols, Talking Heads and New Order. Various accessories are also on hand, such as a duo of UNDERCOVER x visvim Ballistic messenger bags, jewelry and a slew of pins.
Look for the sale to go live on Huiben Shop’s web store August 23.
