ROA Battles the Elements in FW18 Lookbook

Last seen in Slam Jam’s seasonal editorial, ROA returns with an array of rugged footwear. Crafted in Italy with hikers in mind, the shoes are trail-ready thanks to custom Vibram soles and shock resistant heels — the latter of which is bolstered by aradimic fiber, the same kind utilized in bulletproof vests. Lightweight construction ensures all-day comfort, regardless of where they’re worn, with the shoes ranging in color from saturated blue to dark red to light tan and even paint-splattered black. High and low top iterations sport uppers of robust kudu leather, hardy mesh and water-resistant nylon, each offering differing levels of hardiness.
