Specifically, the rising luxury label has teamed up with NASA for a limited-edition, multi-toned sneaker inspired by the historic Apollo 11 spaceflight. The new style is billed as a “once in a lifetime collaboration” that embodies “what we all wish to achieve; to reach for the stars, attaining the unattainable, succeeding at the impossible.” With this new sneaker, Mercer hopes to give consumers footwear that represents their hopes and dreams.
You can take a look at Mercer Amsterdam and NASA’s new sneaker collaboration above. The shoe itself is limited to only 96 pairs, and will be available online at the official Mercer Amsterdam website and the brand’s NASA pop-up store on September 28.
