Netflix's 'Hold the Dark' Trailer Showcases The Disappearance of a Child

Netflix‘s newest psychological horror comes in the form of Hold the Dark, based on a novel from William Giraldi that see’s a naturalist venture to Alaska to search for a missing boy. Jeffrey Wright plays the naturalist, while the child’s mother and father are played by Riley Keough and Alexander Skarsgård, respectively.

The film comes from director Jeremy Saulnier (Green Room) and it’ll follow the mother and naturalist as they hunt after the pack of wolves who took the boy—before they find out a wolf may not be solely responsible for his death. Hold The Dark premieres on Netflix and select theaters on September 28.
