Virgil Abloh x Nike Zoom Fly Mercurial Flyknit Debuts in New Colorway
Previewed by Arthur Kar.

The Virgil Abloh x Nike Zoom Fly Mercurial Flyknit first appeared at the beginning of this month in a 2018 FIFA World Cup-themed colorway, and since then, the new Louis Vuitton creative hasn’t been slowing down with his personal brand’s sneaker partnership. Today, the Virgil Abloh x Nike Zoom Fly Mercurial Flyknit gets flaunted in a new black colorway, courtesy of L’Art De L’Automobile‘s Arthur Kar.
An unfinished sample of this black colorway was first leaked one week ago. This time, we see what would be the official design, which boasts a black Flyknit upper and REACT FOAM sole unit. Signature motifs come by way of a white Swoosh, signature Off-White™ branding at the medial upper, and “FOAM” printed on the lateral heel of the sole unit. Large polka dots in white, blue and neon green appear at the sides of the toe and heel counter, while a multicolor gradient stripe accents the midsole.
No confirmation yet on whether these Virgil Abloh x Nike Zoom Fly Mercurial Flyknits will be released to the public, but we’ll be sure to let you know first. In the meantime, take a closer look at Virgil Abloh’s Converse Chuck 70 on-feet.
