In recent weeks, New Balance has worked with Bodega on a Boston-themed 998 collaboration and served up a trio of spring-ready spins on the 991.5 sneaker. Now, the brand sets its sights on expanding the 990 lineup with another new iteration of the silhouette.

This time around, New Balance blends “Faded Rose” and “Komen Pink” to create a striking 990 for the warmer months ahead. The shoe’s construction also utilizes high-quality suede and mesh, as well as an EVA foam midsole and Vibram outsole for optimal levels of comfort and durability. Rounding out the package is signature New Balance branding on the heel area and sides.

You can take a look at the New Balance 990 “Faded Rose/Komen Pink” above, while the shoe is expected to hit Feature and other retailers this Friday, May 4.

Back in February, New Balance employed “Komen Pink” in the creation of a new 990v4.
