Looks like famed fashion designer John Elliott and sportswear icon LeBron James have a collaborative Nike sneaker range in the works. Just a few hours ago, Elliott teased the never-before-seen Nike silhouette on his personal Instagram account which takes on an all-white colorway and features a co-branded LeBron James x John Elliott logo on the insole along with a debossed Nike logo on the tongue. Translucent striped details further aid in the shoe’s minimilistic appeal.

Now confirmed as the John Elliott x Nike LeBron Icon, King James took to tonight’s Game 4 against the Boston Celtics rocking a similar pair upon his arrival to the arena. Unlike the all-white model that was showcased in Elliott’s IG post, the pair James wore features black horizontal stripes along the heel, mudguard and outer toe box. Translucent stripes also appear on this pair along with a small black Nike Swoosh placed on the toe box, and a full-length Air Max midsole and outsole — a direct reference to the LeBron 8.

So far no further details have surfaced, but the John Elliott x Nike LeBron Icon is expected to drop this summer as part of a larger John Elliott x Nike LeBron collection. Keep it locked here for details.

In related news, LeBron James has been nominated the Kia NBA Most Valuable Player for the 2018 NBA Awards.
