Kaytranada and Robert Glasper Share 'The Artscience Remixes' EP
Reimagining songs from Glapser’s acclaimed 2016 album, ‘ArtScience.’
Renowned Grammy Award-winning pianist/producer Robert Glasper has teamed up with Montreal beat-maestro Kaytranada for a new joint EP today titled, The ArtScience Remixes. As reported back in March, the 8-track offering reimagines songs taken from the Robert Glasper Experiment’s acclaimed 2016 album ArtScience. In addition, the remix project also features new guest appearances from Don Cheadle, Talib Kweli, Alex Isley, and Iman Omari.
Kaytranada and Robert Glasper’s The ArtScience Remixes is available for stream below, and will be released physically as a Record Store Day vinyl exclusive on April 21.
In related news, Glasper also recently released an incredible joint project with Common and Karriem Riggins under the name August Greene back in March that more or less flew under the radar. Stream it now through HYPEBEAST.
