Last March, retailers worldwide made announcements surrounding the delayed release of the Air Jordan 3 “Tinker.” Now, Nike just officially confirmed that the long-anticipated sneaker will return to the SNKRS app as a celebratory launch for Tinker Hatfield‘s birthday and the 30th anniversary of the classic model. The low-top silhouette was initially inspired by a sketch from the iconic designer, boasting the original design cues with the exception of tonal black Swoosh logos embellished on each lateral side. Completing the makeup are “NIKE” branding details on the medial sides and the heel overlays adorned with bold red and white lettering.
Purchase Tinker Hatfield’s commemorative Air Jordan III silhouette starting April 30 on the SNKRS app at 10 a.m. EDT. Each pair will cost you around $200 USD.
