Celebrate 30 Years of Studio Ghibli’s Soundtracks With NTS Radio
Episode one includes music from ‘My Neighbor Totoro’ and ‘Grave of the Fireflies.’
NTS Radio is currently hosting a three-episode series celebrating 30 years of Studio Ghibli soundtracks. Part two of three will air this Friday, March 10 from 2-3 p.m. GMT. The episodes are mixed by NTS Radio’s Sega Bodega. Episode 1 is an hour long and spans 1986 to 1992, including classics like Hayao Miyazaki‘s My Neighbor Totoro and Isao Takahata’s Grave of the Fireflies. Joe Hisaishi is the composer for most of Miyazaki’s work. Listen to the first episode here.
