size? Looks to the Past With Nike Elite OG Capsule
Coming in the sneaker’s original colorways.
Following takes on the adidas Originals’ Marathon TR and ASICS’ GEL-Lyte OG, British sneaker retailer size? has teamed up with Nike for an archive-inspired pack of runners. The capsule sees Size? re-create the OG version of Nike‘s Elite silhouette, with the lightweight sneaker from the 1970s coming in its original colorways for the first time since 2012.
The Elite was one of the first silhouettes from Bill Bowerman that feature the now-iconic waffle sole unit, which sits atop a vintage-effect EVA midsole on the size? exclusive version. The vintage and pre-distressed aesthetic is also featured on the Elite’s laces. The sneaker comes with a nylon and suede upper and is available in either “Ocean Blue/Yellow” or “Black/Red” colorways. Both versions are available now exclusive from the size? web store and physical locations.
