Marvel Moves up the Release Date for 'Avengers: Infinity War'
The MCU’s heroes square off against Thanos this April.
2018 has already proven to be a massive year for Marvel as Black Panther has ridden critical acclaim and commercial success to become one of the MCU’s most triumphant entries to date. Thanks to that success, the Disney-owned studio is making big moves with its next entry, Avengers: Infinity War. Today, Marvel announced that the film — which, among other things, will bring the Guardians of the Galaxy into the Avengers fold to square off against Thanos — will be hitting theaters a full week earlier than originally planned.
