The Official Trailer for Marvel's 'Avengers: Infinity War' Is Here
“Get this man a shield.”
With Tom Holland — aka Spider-Man — having accidentally leaked the official poster for Avengers: Infinity War earlier today, hype for the movie’s impending 2018 release ramped up an extra notch. Now, though, Marvel Studios has followed up on Holland’s mistake with the reveal of its official trailer.
As expected, the trailer teases the coming together of a vast array of Marvel Cinematic Universe characters — from a returning Chris Evans as (a now-bearded) Captain America to Benedict Cumberbatch’s Dr. Strange and the incorporation of the Guardians of the Galaxy — with a view to tying together many of the loose ends and disparate storylines created over course of the Marvel releases thus far.
With the film set to get its official release in May 2018, there’s still something of a wait for Avengers fans.
