Watch the Season 2 Trailer for 'Star Wars: Andor'
The critically-acclaimed series is making its return in less than two months.
Star Wars: Skeleton Crew wrapped up at the beginning of 2025, leaving Star Wars fans eager for the franchise’s next series to take center stage. At last, the journey of Cassian Andor continues with Star Wars: Andor‘s second season set to premiere this spring. In anticipation of this, the first trailer for Season 2 is here, teasing what to expect from the critically-acclaimed show this time around.
Clocking in at just over a minute and a half, the new preview features action from the growing Rebellion while also highlighting key characters — from familiar faces from Season 1 like Cassian Andor and Mon Mothma to newcomers to the series that appeared in 2016’s Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. These fresh additions to the series include Forest Whitaker reprising his role as anarchist rebel cell leader Saw Gerrera and Ben Mendelsohn returning as Orson Callan Krennic, the man originally responsible with overseeing the development of the Death Star.
Star Wars: Andor will resume in less than two months as its debut is set for April 22. The second season will see three episodes release weekly, with series creator Tony Gilroy credited as writing the first three, Beau Willimon writing episodes 4-6, Dan Gilroy in charge of the following three and Tom Bissell writing the final three as the season totals 12 episodes.
