Dior recently debuted its Pre-Fall 2019 collection in Japan, touting iridescent fabrics, futuristic silhouettes and heavily-buckled ensembles. In addition, Yoon of Ambush also previewed the popular android rings on her Instagram that are part of this season’s range — the accessories were designed by artist Hajime Sorayama who is also the main collaborator and visual inspiration for Kim Jones‘s newest direction.
In these exclusive shots, we get a better look at the impeccable detailing found on some of the collection’s standout pieces. One of those items is the Sorayama saddle bag that’s made from chrome metal with gold-tone elements. A futuristic Dior logo is also added. Additionally, in these selected images, fans can also see the patterns, fabrics, graphics and knits up close. The metallic characteristics of the fabrics are really magnified here as well as the fine execution of the jewelry and buckles provided by Alyx‘s Matthew Williams.
