Inspired by cult TV show Freaks and Geeks and debuted on Fucking Young!, the graduate collection from Polimoda student Sofia Mollberg is a tribute to the world of young outsiders and the constant struggle to fit in, fusing sportswear tropes with unconventional and deconstructed silhouettes with a view to challenging conventional ideas and ideals of masculinity.

Titled “MENSCH,” the collection also takes inspiration from Mollberg’s time spent in the U.S. where the designer learned to question — and witnessed first hand — the impossible nature of objective normality and accepted ideas of masculinity.

Take a look at Sofia Mollberg’s graduate collection in the gallery above and let us know what you think of the looks in the comments below. Elsewhere, in other new designer news, here’s everything you need to know from Berlin-based label GOETZE.
