'Shadow of the Colossus' Remake Debuts Gorgeous In-Game Trailer
Revealed at Tokyo Game Show.
Shadow of the Colossus’ PlayStation 4 remake debuted a new trailer from Tokyo Game Show, showcasing in-game footage captured from the PlayStation 4 Pro. The original title, although revered as a classic, pushed the limitations of the PlayStation 2‘s hardware. This contemporary take will be a full remake and will present Shadow of the Colossus at its best. The game will be the same as the 2005 classic on PlayStation 2, but all the assets will be remade.
Announced at E3 2017, Shadow of the Colossus was already remastered on PlayStation 3 in 2011 along with Ico, the title’s spiritual predecessor. Shadow of the Colossus on PlayStation 4 is set to release sometime in 2018. For now, check the trailer above and share your thoughts in the comments.
