Netflix Shares New Trailer for Psychological Horror-Thriller 'Gerald's Game'
An adaption of Stephen King’s 1992 novel.
Fresh off the the release of the trailer for Netflix‘s very first serious Oscar contender, the entertainment powerhouse has shared a new preview for Gerald’s Game.
Based on a 1992 suspense novel from Stephen King, Gerald’s Game is a new psychological horror-thriller from director Mike Flanagan (Oculus, Hush) and writer Jeff Howard. The film stars Carla Gugino, Bruce Greenwood, Carel Struycken, Henry Thomas, Kate Siegel and Chiara Aurelia, and is set in a cabin situated in the wilderness of western Maine. Director Mike Flanagan’s “dream project,” Gerald’s Game‘s story revolves around a sex game gone horribly wrong and the paranormal aftermath that terrorizes the woman involved.
