Jordan Brand Officially Unveils the Air Jordan 32 With NBA MVP Russell Westbrook
“Fly Above.”
After images surfaced of the “Bred” and “Rosso Corsa” colorways of the Air Jordan 32, Jordan Brand has finally unveiled its Air Jordan 2-inspired flagship silhouette. Similar to the Air Jordan 1-inspired AJ31, you’ll find nods to Michael Jordan’s second namesake sneaker throughout the brand’s forthcoming performance model.
Innovation meets style as the AJ32 incorporates a Flyknit upper with high-tenacity yarn for stretched support and the ultimate lockdown. Emphasis on its performance is found through the herringbone traction outsole which allows for multi-directional grip and easy movement on-court. Additionally, its Flight Speed Technology serves as a source of top-notch cushioning as it exerts the most out of its Zoom Air Units.
The luxe Italian look pays homage to the roots of the Air Jordan 2 from its overall shape, to its “Wings” logo on the tongue, and six articulated collar layers in reference to MJ’s championships. Donned by reigning NBA MVP Russell Westbrook, the Air Jordan 32’s launch will kick off with the ”Rosso Corsa” edition on September 23, while the ”Bred” and “Bred” low iterations will drop on October 18.
